Because all merchandise is made-to-order, we are unable toaccept returns on products delivered as ordered, however, returns are authorized for any damaged ordefective merchandise. To be elligible for return, products must be in new and unused condition. Returnrequests must be communicated and authorized within 30 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted withoutprior authorization.?
